Giant Trolls in Seattle Area

Danish environmental artist Thomas Dambo with funding from the Paul G. Allen Foundation has been busy filling parks with 20-foot-tall wooden trolls. The trolls are constructed with recycled materials such as wooden pallets and are meant to tell a tale of protecting nature. No two are alike partly because of the supply of scrap lumber and it encourages visits to the next wooded site.
