Repair crews have been busy since the decision was made to repair the bridge built in 1984. The crews are currently cutting temporary access points in the bridge deck and building suspended platforms. They will be fastening sheets of carbon-fiber to wrap the concrete around the interior and exterior along with injecting epoxy into cracks.
